Betsson - refuses to allow me to withdraw my money, saying my banking information, issued and verified by my bank, is incorrect. This is completely erroneous.

Ruling

Resolved - Betsson Casino have informed us that this player has been paid. The player has been non-responsive to our requests for updates so we assume they are happy.

Player's Complaint

I have properly verified my identification and banking information. Betsson says my banking information is incorrect, even though I am using the direct deposit slip issued by my bank. As of today, they no longer will allow me to withdraw to my verified account even though under verification, it says I am successfully verified. I cannot get in touch with a real person. This is absolutely criminal the level of ineptitude this casino is displaying.

I will be telling everyone that Betsson and Loyal Brand are not to be trusted.
