Player's Complaint

Forgive me using google translate but i do not write good english. My complaint against betsson is that 2011-03-10 I excluded myself from their sister side betsafe. I was not aware that these were connected and played there with Betsson I lost during this time about 3000 sec. I also played at Mr. Smith. I was not a verified customer at betsson or Mr. Smith but I was at Betsafe. When I found out that betsafe and betsson were interconnected, I asked the question to betsson if it was okay that I played there because I was switched to betsafe because of game addiction. Betsson then closed my account, which I think is good and healthy for me. What I think is less good is that I did not get my deposits back. Not by betsson and not by mr smith. My games and my betsson activity have not been legal in accordance with their terms. And as an experienced forum reader, I know that at the win at the casino I would never have had my win it had been voided and my deposit refunded. I want now that betsson does the right thing and repays my deposits on betsson and mr smith. I am aware that, as an adult, I am responsible for my actions myself, but I also understand that I am game addictive and can not control my actions. The rules surrounding Responsible Gambling and self-exclusions have changed significantly since 2011. As far as I'm aware MGA licensed operators were not required to carry over self-exclusions at one property to other properties on their license at that point. I will contact the MGA to confirm but you should be aware that it is unlikely that we will be able to do anything to help you with this issue.

Hi Gimmi85,

It would bet the date of closure at Betsafe that would be significant here as that's the self-exclusion you are wanting to have been carried over to the other operators on this license.

Hey:) it was on 2011-03-22 i selfexkluded from betsafe. And 2015 when i found ot that betsafe and betsson was the same owner i told betsson about that im selfexkluded from betsafe for problemgambling. So they closed my acount and did not talk to me any more. I played also on mr smith. Sorry if its har do understand my english i wish u could speak swedish :P

The self-exclusion at Betsafe in 2011 most likely would not carry over to other properties. I am checking to confirm this.

The self-exclusion at Betsson in 2015 should have carried over. If you were allowed to play at MrSmith AFTER the Betsson self-exclusion you may have a case here.

What we need to know is not whether or not you are self-excluded at Betsafe, we already know that, it's what date the self-exclusion was put in place and what date your play occurred at MrSmith.

I give upp on this aswell the pogg. Sorry if i took your time. But i can fight this company and im not in good psykikal kondition. They have mail me and said my exklusion vas just a exklusion not a exklusion of gamblingadikt. i did not know there was a opption like that. exklusion is exklusion
