Found for the Player - Despite our repeated efforts to contact Bet Swagger to discuss this issue we have received no response whatsoever from the operator.

Joined casino giving uk as my place of residence sent passport and proof of address within 10 minutes of joining deposited over 3 days no issues and went back and forth with casino about other documents after all these deposits the casino decides to ban my account as uk cant play wont refund me

 

 

advisor said I won't be refunded as I tried to get round them but I didn't, I signed up using uk address and postcode, sent my passport and proof of address within minutes of opening account

 

 

these were taken andI was asked forver verification nothing to suggest I couldn't play from uk.. I had money left in account, no response now

As a UK citizen you should only be playing with operators that hold a UKGC license. BetSwagger do not hold a UKGC license and as such are breaking UK law by accepting your custom.

Unfortunately you have chosen to play with an operator that is both negatively listed with this service and who has historically been non-cooperative with complaints submitted to us. While we will try to contact the operator on your behalf the chances of a successful mediation are low.

Unfortunately after repeated efforts to contact the operator to discuss this issue we have received no response what-so-ever. At this juncture we have no reasonable expectation of this changing.
