I sent a concern in yesterday re my account at better dice apologises naming Bet10 but i couldn't find better dice . i am now sharing the email that they have sent today which is beyond belief

Hi tyson777,

Sadly we will be unable to help you with this issue. While BetterDice did offer a response to our attempts to establish a dialogue with them, their response was that they would not engage in any discussion of player complaint unless we entered into a commercial relationship with them. We view this as an effort, however ill advised, to bias the outcome of this service and certainly would never consider a commercial relationship with any operator that behaves in this fashion.
