Player's Complaint

I was scammed as I was playing slots here and the game kept spinning causing me to lose money. I reported it and management wouldn’t help and made me feel like I’m crazing. Ultimately banning me from using the chat services for help. This made me feel horrible! They’ve taken tons of money from me and have never paid out a penny. www.BetUS.com.pa is a scam! I want my money back from this place. At least I would like them to be exposed. People like [REMOVE]“Hellen” “Justin” “Nathan” and the manager “Montana”[REMOVE] treated me very poorly. These probably aren’t their real names but what appears in the chat. They've scammed me for $2,000 in the past couple of months!

Unfortunately you have chosen to play with an operator that is both negatively listed with this service and who has historically been non-cooperative with complaints submitted to us. While we will try to contact the operator on your behalf the chances of a successful mediation are low.

Before we go any further - we will not contest all of your losses for you simply on the grounds that you are unhappy with the service that was offered. If you are claiming a technical issue I need you to provide specific detail of what this error cost you and what action you took when it occurred.
