Player's Complaint
Hello I opened my account on the 15/12/18 and it’s the first time I’ve opened one i won a large amount of money after about 4 deposits I tried to withdrawal the funds and had to go through all the verification process I failed one security question over the phone I then got a email saying the account is getting shut down due to suspicious activity and fraud I assure you I’ve won the money fairly and would like to continue to do so but the account is closed and I can’t access my account unfortunately and I’m getting no response from the casino they don’t even have a number you can ring to talk to someone I’ve been treated unfairly and would like to resolve this.

Unfortunately you have chosen to play with both an operator we list as Not Recommended and one who has been historically non-cooperative with complaints submitted to this service.
