I deposited 250 in Betway and won 3000. They asked me for my documents - passport and electricity bill, but later closed my account without saying why. Can you ask them why?

We've had a response from Betway regarding your issue. They've again made clear that they will not discuss complaints with this service but have asked that we direct you to contact their ADR eCOGRA.
