Player's Complaint
I deposited $100 Thursday night around 8 pm et with interact money transfer and still don't have the funds available. I have deposited with this method plenty of times at many casinos and funds are received within 15 min almost always. . I contacted casino support after 1 or 2 hours of waiting and was told there was an issue with gigadat the middleman in the transaction. So I waited till the next night and contacted support again and again was told there was an issue. So what I did next is I deposited with the exact same method at another casino and received my deposit within 15 minutes. I contacted the casino again later explained that to them and asked where my deposit was. I was given the runaround. It now has been 4 days and still no money. All I want is my money back. Below is a copy of the transaction that was accepted by gigadat.

With the greatest of respect you need to give the operator a reasonable amount of time to resolve this issue internally before seeking the intervention of a 3rd party dispute mediation service. If you are still experiencing issues on Friday the 1st of May let us know and I'll contact the operator on your behalf.
