Found for the Player - Betway has informed us that they will not cooperate with this service to manage player complaints.

3 weeks have now passed and I still haven't received my payment.
First of all, I was put off for 2 weeks until my payout was finally confirmed! Last week I received an email confirming that I would receive my payment, but so far I have not received anything and the live chat employee said: The money has been transferred, but I have not yet received any money!
I have already sent them a screenshot of my current account statement but they have not responded! I'm really upset, it takes so long and now I finally want my money, so I'll get in touch with you.

Sadly this operator has informed us that they will not cooperate with the management of complaints via this service. At this juncture we have no reasonable expectation of this changing.
All we could suggest is contacting the operators ADR, eCOGRA.
Sorry we could not be of further help.
