Now they saying they want the Netteller and Astropay statement from the month of Mar as i open my Both Account in 26th May 2019 and i send them the statment from beginning to till now now they said Astropay screenshot not working want Astropay Statament in PDF i talk to Astropay they said they dont have any option to provide Astropay Statament just the Transaction History which is Showing in my account already send all these they are ask for impossible thing which is never be Happen like Astropay Statament in PDF or Etc and now they ask for Bitcoin wallet statatment i provided that i request all people dont use the betway they are [EDIT] making people fool when u loss they ask for anything but when u won then they ask for document and when u send the docment they keep Denying that is not cover the Review they are [EDIT] please share this and help me out .I deposit my Own money 1.8 million INR And then i won this so totally i,m in loss of 1.8Million INR

We've had a conversation with Betway and they've once again informed us that they will not discuss complaints with this service.
All we can suggest at this stage is that you contact the operator's appointed ADR IBAS or alternatively if you wanted to pursue legal action you could consider contacting GreenTableLegal.com who specialise in online gambling disputes and who I understand to offer a no win no fee service.
