Player's Complaint
I provided all documents to casino and even made a verification call but casino does not pay me and does not give any information. There are no new request and on all my emails there is the same reply that they are evaluating the situation. Casino left German market and I can not even login to my account any more. I have ben waiting for a couple of months already but this is getting ridiculous. Maybe you can help me to clear up the situation.

Betzest has provided sufficient evidence to demonstrate that this account is unnaturally associated with other accounts in breach of terms and conditions. As such we will take no further part in the representation of this player's claim.
