BGO - suspend my account abusive


Resolved - BGO resolved this issue and reopened this player's account before we contacted them.

Player's Complaint

Hi,yesterday bgo support agent, suspend my account with reason: we no longer accept players from România! But România is still listed on registration forms page, is not listed on restricted countries in their T&Cs, and most important they didn't NOTIFY me about any update on TCs,which restrict me to play here! Also i am a depositor! I have also a print screen with chat and where it show România on registration page. Please I know u can help me, you also help me with buzzslots.

Hi bobaie - welcome back!

Before I go any further - do you have any unpaid funds in your BGO account? If not there's nothing I can do to help you here. Every casino has the right to refuse any player they wish as long as this isn't being done for discriminatory reasons. While I may be able to help you get seized funds back, I won't be able to get the casino to reopen your account if they've decided they don't want you as a player.
