Player's Complaint

I have a withdrawal request which was originally for 250 but casino reduced it to 100.00. I have been waiting for this since 03/13/19. I have another for 300.00 which i am waiting on. When i call the casino support i am told they are having problems with their processor and can not even give me an estimate as to when i will get paid

Before we go any further - what bonuses did you claim? The first withdrawal sounds like it's been subject to a maximum withdrawal cap.
