Hello, i got an pending withdrawn (~650€) and a balance of 800€ on Big 5. 4 Days after i made the withdraw they asked me to upload my documents, this was last Tuesday. Since that i didnt hear anything. I asked the live support but they cant help me and say they got my documents but an other department has to check it. I read alot in the Internet that they need really long and dont want to withdraw the wins. Maybe u guys can help me? p.s. sorry for my bad english
Hey Pogg, youre right. After one week they know verify my Account. Now im waiting for the withdraw. If there noting happen until 7th of August i would like to contact you again of this is ok?
