The name is betbigdollar.com and this is a [EDIT] casino.I am a consistent online gambler and this casino terms and conditions are bogus. On 3/13/2021 I won $3,003.53 from a bonus I added and I completed the playthrough requirement. I withdraw my funds and two days later I check the status of my payment and it's negative $1000. I call the toll free number and was informed that I won't be getting the full payment amount but only $1000. The other $2000 will go back to the bank. These terms are illegal if you win at an online casino and complete the playthrough the funds you won are released. This man on the toll free number was very rude and told me it doesn't matter if I win $10,000 if a bonus was attached I will only get $1000 max. This casino is [EDIT] and it needs to get shut down. I would like for this casino to payout my $2003.53 that I rightfully won. I deposited so much money to this casino for them to take my money and tell me I only get $1000 when I won $3000. No casino I've ever played at online does this. This is ridiculous and I'm going to continue to blacklist and write reviews on ever website I can think of until I get my payment. Americans work hard all so these hanky online casinos can take our money and not pay out. That's my word if I don't get paid out this casino won't be in business long. I don't play about my money and I trusted this casino and they stole my money and let me down. Please stay away. The customer service reps don't even answer on the live chat they just sit there and don't respond.
