BillionVegas - Complaint upheld - Refund not paid

Found for the Player - Despite our repeated efforts to contact BillionVegas to discuss this issue we have received no response whatsoever from the operator.

Player's Complaint
On 22nd December 2021, I raised a complaintr with BillionVegas.
I felt that they’d breached their terms and conditions as follows:
- Operating a lower withdrawal limit than set out in their terms and conditions. I tried to withdrawal a larger amount (which should have been permitted) and they refused.
- As a UK registered player, their terms and conditions said that I shouldn’t be permitted to play some NetEnt games but I was
On 24 December 21, BillionVegas responded and confirmed they were upholding my complaint. They agreed to refund my total deposits of £3,638. They advised it would take up to six months to receive the payment. I challenged the timeline and explained that due to difficult personal circumstances, I’d like them to try pay it sooner. They promised an update but I’ve still not received any further information.
They’ve also now blocked me contacting them on livechat and are not responding to my emails.

Unfortunately you have chosen to play with an operator that is both negatively listed with this service and who has historically been non-cooperative with complaints submitted to us. While we will try to contact the operator on your behalf the chances of a successful mediation are low.
