Resolved - The submitting complainant has become non-responsive to our repeated requests for additional information. As such we assume they have resolved their issue on their own.
Request for withdrawal filed on March 31, 2023. Successfully completed a very thorough and extensive verification process prior to this. Casino has still not processed and paid out the March 31, 2023 withdrawal request. Emailed BingoBonga's VIP manager [EDIT] about this every day, but without result: I 'have to be patient'.
