Found for the Player - Bingo.com were completely unresponsive, despite attempts to communicate with them via several channels. Over and above this, even in a case where suspected fraud may be involved - and to be clear we have no information to suggest this at the moment - withholding a player's deposits is extremely poor practice.

Player's Complaint

I got welcome bonus for this casino, played slots and won couple hundred euros. They asked the documents and I send all of them. Then they locked my account and confiscated not only my winnings but my deposit as well. I have not broken terms.

I'll be happy to try and speak to Bingo.com for you, but before I can do that I need you to provide me with the username and email address you use there. Once I have that I'll get in contact with them asap.

I've had no response from the Unibet affiliate team to my requests regarding this issue. I'm going to try contacting the Bingo.com team directly to see if they're any more responsive.

Hi Benq,

I have received word from Unibet regarding this issue - they've stated that Bingo.com are not owned/managed by Unibet, they are simply a whitelabel operations. All the same they've forwarded on our communication to their management team.

However, we have had nothing back from either our own direct attempts to reach Bingo.com, or Unibet forwards of our emails. I'm going to make one last effort to contact Bingo.com just now - if I don't hear anything back from them now I'll have to assume that they do not wish to engage and close this complaint.

Please bare with me.

Hi Benq,

No it doesn't look like Bingo.com have any intention of responding to this issue.

I'm going to have to close this complaint - I can't see us making any further progress with this. I can only apologise for my lack of success on this front.

What I will do is note on their upcoming review that they've been unresponsive to mediation and in a few weeks time when we put our complaint traffic lighting system in place, Bingo.com will be marked Red.
