I had previous self excluded across kindred group brands..32red and unibet. I was allowed however, to register and deposit £2304 on bingo.com with exact same details. I have contacted company to point out self exclude failure, but they refuse to return deposits.

Unfortunately there is nothing we can do to help you in this circumstance. The UKGC restrict management of complaints of this nature to themselves. As such all we can do is recommend you contact the regulator.
