Player's Complaint
I sent my documents which the approved then asked for extra docs which I sent and then it take over a week for any sort of reply.
Which then they ask for more documents but i live in my mates spare room and i can provide the utility bills they are asking for. I have sent bank statements and everything even with a selfie and they are refusing to verify my Identity!!
