Player's Complaint

I sent my documents which the approved then asked for extra docs which I sent and then it take over a week for any sort of reply.

Which then they ask for more documents but i live in my mates spare room and i can provide the utility bills they are asking for. I have sent bank statements and everything even with a selfie and they are refusing to verify my Identity!!

Sadly have informed us that they will not discuss this issue with us.

All we can suggest is that you contact their ADR IBAS. Alternatively, if you wanted to consider legal action our understanding is that offer a no win no fee service that specialise in the remote gambling sector.
