Player's Complaint
Bingo For Money [EDIT] declined my payment without any right and i have all the proof , i have make a deposit and play in slots and respect their rules ( all the bets is less than 5$ ) and i have play in bingo also and i have finish the wager and have a winning of 400 EUR but when i have request this money i'm surprised that they have declined it and tell me that i have not respect their rules and play with a high bet in bingo ! i'm sure that i don't have breach any rules or terms because the rules of maximum 5$ bet is for slots and keno and not applied in bingo it's really something crazy because if it's applied in bingo no one will respect this rules and all payment will be declined or no one will play and earn because no one will play bingo with one card that cost 2.85 , the rules of bingo is buy many cards to get the maximum chance to earn so there's no rules that talk about the maximum cards allowed for buy and we don't speak about bet in bingo and if there are a bet in bingo must be the card price and the maximum card price is 2.85$ less than 5$ so no way that i was break their rules . I don't know why they have do this, they think that i'm stupid or they are scammers or they think that i will not react ... so please if you can help me it will be very nice and i have all the proof and the screenshots of all that i have tell you with also screenshot of the live support in the same casino that tell me that this rules not applied in bingo and it's a big mistake or inconvenience also their sister casinos the same thing and i have a screenshot of history of someone that have play bingo with higher amount than me and the withdrawal is approved .

What's the bet in Bingo ? it's not applied where you see bet or spin cost in bingo rooms, and if it's applied must be the card cost not the amount of all cards, no one will play bingo and no one will get payed if this rules is for the amount of all cards, how we can play bingo with one card ? every one need buy many cards if he want earn in bingo and the amount will be more than 5$ ! i have play bingo in other casinos with an amount or ticket of 122$ that have the same rules and i have received my winning !
Hi amidad014, It is the single amount that is removed from your balance by clicking the bet button. If you buy multiple cards for the one game of bingo, yes this would be considered a single bet. Other operators have no bearing on this situation. The rule is clear and provides no exception for Bingo games. Thanks, ThePOGG

This term doesn't make any exclusion for different game types. It applies to Bingo in the same manner as any other game. If you have exceeded a $5 bet while completing the wagering requirement the operator would be within their rights to void the bonus contract and reset both parties to pre-contract positions.
