Player's Complaint

On Nov 17 approximately 11:22 pm it was time to log off and go to sleep because I️ had to get up at 5:30 and drive to north. My account had 7,397.00 dollars with no bonus. On Nov 18 th when logging on it was a shock to see 1,700 as my balance. Immediately I️ went to the chat help and was told there was activity after midnight. I️ explained I️ am the only one with my password and I️ logged out at 11:22 so it was impossible. So he told me to look at the report page and I️ said look at my log off and log in times and you will see. So he told me they could only see log in times. I️ don’t believe this. Then he told me I️ told him I️ said I️ logged in at 11:22 so I️ played the money which is absolutely not true. This is not the first time I️ have questioned some things this site has done. Which I️ won’t get into. However, I️ believe they have the capability to tell when I️ log in and when I️ log off. I️ also believe they know I️ did not play those chips, they can track where those chips were played from in today’s technology.

Before going any further I need to make you aware that Bingo Hall are part of the 888 Holdings group. This group is routinely non-responsive to player complaints posted at this site.
