Player's Complaint

Submitted all documents for identification on Feb 14 2017 and got confirmation all okay. On Mar 8 put in a request to withdraw Wallet balance of USD120. Until now still pending. I have been having live chat in the past week but no one seem to know anything. Just kept asking me to wait.

While I will make efforts to contact this operator I need you to understand from the start that this is an operator that is routinely non-responsive to complaints posted with this service, they are the most complained about operator this year and they've been Blacklisted for these reasons. In short it's unlikely we'll receive any response from them.

No nothing was paid to me. I am still pursuing the withdrawal requested for GBP120 since Mar 8, 2017. I have been live chatting with a Julie Diaz but she has been giving the same excuses week after week that there has been a delay but would not elaborate further as to what the delay was.
