Player's Complaint
I requested a cheque from Bingomania in Canada which I received in USA dollars. My bank wasn't able to clear the cheque due to cost involved and my bank told me after stamping the cheque that only amounts of over $500 can be cleared due to fees. I have written to Bingomania twice, as they told me it would cost me $250 to cancel the cheque. My arguement is why would they send cheques to Australian players if this is the case. I asked them to look at reducing the cost of cancellation of the cheque, but they are interested in replying.

Unfortunately it is unlikely we'll be able to do anything for you in this instance. You have played with an operator who are entirely unlicensed and accessing the Australian market illegally. Because of this they will experience significant barriers to processing complaints and this will result in far higher fees. We can try to contact the operator but the chances of a successful mediation are low.
