Player's Complaint

I have lost over $60,000 in less than 3 weeks at bitcasino.

I play big bets and whenever I get free spins on their slots I win nothing. I am constantly losing close to 1 BTC per day on their platform. I have not won a single big win or anything substantial.

All I do is deposit and lose. I deposit high amounts so that I can make larger bets. Betting 100 EUR at a time with over 15000 EUR bankroll and still I don't win anything and if I do its less than my bet.

Please allow me to submit screenshots to backup my complaint. I have evidence that the site does not pay to players that make bigger bets. But as soon as I lower my bet to something 10x smaller than my current bet I win.

Hi jddlane - welcome to ThePOGG.com!

Unfortunately, slots games are what is known as "high variance". This means that there will be rare big wins alongside extended losing periods. At €100/spin, €15k is only 150 betting units. Even on far lower variance games, swings of this size are commonplace.

Unless you've played literally millions of spins on a single game your sample size would be insufficient to prove that a game was not functioning as it was supposed to.

If you can tell me which games you have been playing I can take a quick look to establish if you've been playing the genuine article, but beyond this I think it's highly unlikely we'll be able to help you.
