Player's Complaint

Hi POGG, on Saturday 9th May I was playing Bitcoincasino.io casino and managed to win over $230,000 Australia dollars on their casino. After contacting casino admin and successfully verifying my account, I put in a withdraw request and put a cooling period on my account. Later that day my brother who also lives under the same house hold successfully made an account with same Bitcoincasino.io without reading their T&Cs prior and made a deposit to play on their casino.

After days of checking my withdrawal and seeing it still in pending I contacted casino support to inquire about my withdrawal and they stated that my cash out was transferred to their finance department for processing. On Wednesday 9th May I received an email stating that I had violated their T&Cs because I have a duplicate account and that my winnings have been confiscated and my account disabled.

I agree their T&Cs states that you may only have 1 player account per house hold and IP address and if you violate these terms it can lead to termination of account; and Any returns, winnings or bonuses which the player has gained or accrued during such time as the Duplicate Account was active may be reclaimed by us, and players undertake to return to us on demand any such funds which have been withdrawn from the Duplicate Account.

I can accept their decision to close both our accounts as that violated their terms but my winnings should be paid out in full as they were accrued before my brothers duplicate account was active. As it does not state in there terms that any winnings accrued before the duplicate account was active will be confiscated.

I wish to have my winnings paid out in full as they were won before I violated there terms & conditions.

Hi the POGG, just an update the casino has informed me that I apparently have a duplicate account which was active before my winnings were accrued. This account that they are trying to say is my account is actually my friends account; it is registered to a completely different name and household address.

They are trying to link this account to mine because i played on their casino off my phone at my friends house on his WiFi; which is why they think this account is mine. I have provided bitcoincasino.io with evidence that this account is not mine and is actually my friends account and they have stopped communicating with me.

How could the casino sucessfully very both our accouts through KYC procedure if they are a duplicate account? 3 weeks ago I had 60,000 AUD confiscated for using a 3rd party payment method. After contacting casino admin they advised me that my account is now clear to play and no future winnings will be confiscated if I do not violate any more terms. Why was this duplicate account not brought up then if my winnings were going to be confiscated anyway due to this duplicate account. That is clearly bad faith by the casino allowing me to deposit money and play.

I wish to have my winnings paid out in full by bitcoincasino.io as they have acted in bad faith and confiscated my winnings over a duplicate account which is clearly not mine.

Hi TN1234,

Whether the account is question was yours or not is irrelevant. If you have played from an IP address that has already been used by another account you are in breach of the following term:

"Only one Account for each household, IP Address, PC is allowed."

We will request verification from the operation, but it is very likely given your description of events that you are in violation of the above term.

Hi ThePOGG, how could bitcoincasino continue to allow me to play on their casino after I asked them if my account is okay to play now; when they confiscated my winnings previously for using a 3rd party payment method. The stated to me that my account is clear to play and no future winnings will be confiscated if I do not violate any terms.

The casino has acted out of bad faith by telling me my account is clear to play, if this was going to be the end result.
