Resolved - The submitting complainant has become non-responsive to our repeated requests for additional information. As such we assume they have resolved their issue on their own.
It has been 13 hours since my deposit was confirmed on the blockchain but the casino support keeps saying they are having payment processing issues and can’t tell me when or even if I will receive my money.
