Resolved - The submitting complainant has become non-responsive to our repeated requests for additional information. As such we assume they have resolved their issue on their own.
The site has been down now for several weeks with no games deposited money and can't get any of my money back with the withdrawal process they're telling. Me I have to wait for the site to be restored and already received my funds
