Player's Complaint

I did not realize you could not have more than one account. I closed my account ONLY to use a different email address. I used NO bonuses. A pop up came up when I did this saying I could not use bonuses since my ISP showed another account. That told me it was okay to just change emails and open another account with my new email address. They allowed me to deposit over and over with no problem UNTIL it came time for a withdraw. They closed my account and [EDIT] all my winnings and deposits.

Unfortunately there is nothing we can do to help you in this instance. The Bitstarz terms of use include the following:

"You are allowed to have only one Member Account. Only one Account for each household, IP, PC is allowed. If you attempt to open more than one Member Account, all accounts you try to open may be blocked or closed and any bets may be voided."

If you have opened more than one account you have breached this term, which you agreed to at point of sign-up.
