Ruling
Unresolved - While we do not agree with the lax standards of the Curacao licensing system, there is no requirement for self-exclusions to carry over to other sites.

Player's Complaint
So basically Bitstarz allowed me to gamble while I was excluded. Ive sent them an email on the 2th of feb 2018 that I don't want to gamble anymore. a few years pass by and I see that 7bitcasino refunded me for this reason 2500 euros so they say that all their sub brands should do the same as I suffer from gambling issues. I chatted with bitstarz CS and they confirm that I've deposited 740 euro and didn't make any withdrawals. this is true and it was after my exclusion. So id like some help as they revert back to me saying no were not under the same license nor are we responsible.
I hope this will solve this situation thanks

Hi henryjk - welcome back.
Bitstarz are a Curacao licensed operator. The Curacao licensing system does not require self-exclusions to apply to any property other than the one you requested it at. As such any self-exclusion you requested at 7Bit Casino would only apply to 7Bit Casino. Any refund you may have received from 7Bit Casino due to a self-exclusion at another Dama NV Casino is entirely at the discretion of 7Bit Casino and the owners of other Dama NV white labels would not be under any obligation to follow suit.
