Made a deposit of $50 got up to $2,400 back down to $300 then up to $7,000 back down to $4,000 when to make a withdrawal and was told breached the bonus offer by increasing the bet limit over $5 which is not stated anywhere visibly and even after I got up so much then back down and then up so much again once spoke to him on live chat they have now disabled my account

Unfortunately there's nothing we can do for you in this instance. The BitStarz bonus terms, which are linked on every page of the site, contain the following:

"Until the play through requirements have been met, the maximum bet that can be placed is 5 EUR/GBP/USD/CAD/AUD, 50 NOK, 0.01 BCH, 0.01 ETH, 1,000 Dogecoin, 0.1 LTC, 20 PLN or 300 RUB. When it comes to Bitcoin players the maximum bet is 1 mBTC. This includes double up wagers after the game round has been completed, for example, wagering winnings from X game round on red/black."

If you've bet more than $5 while playing with a bonus you have violated this term and the operator are within their rights to void the bonus contract and return both parties to pre-bonus conditions.

All I can suggest is that you ensure you've read the bonus terms associated with any bonus you accept before playing.
