I [EDIT] started up my account dismorning I provided all documentation for my account to stand up because the guy I’m seeing used one of my old electric bills cause he lives in a share house it’s apparently me well long story short I tried to get my winings of $2000 and she [EDIT] didn’t want to hear what I had to say she shut it straight down and told me to miss out .Going over [EDIT] casino account there is not one truthful thing on it like [EDIT] act it’s in [EDIT]. I field mine out to casino rules and regulations sent her all [EDIT] and mine and she basically called me a lier I’ve lived at [EDIT] for four years [EDIT] has lived at [EDIT] witch he told the to ring and talk about it cause it’s unfair I miss out on my winings when I spend money on online casinos trying to get that win before Christmas for my 6 children I’m very upset over it cause No one will reply to me no one will here me out just took the winings and shut down my legit account

Unfortunately there's nothing we can do to help you in this instance. Black Diamond casino have a clear term:

"2.1.13. You are only allowed to have one account per household, per address, per computer and per IP address. If more than one person in your household has an account you risk any winnings being void and being banned from the casino. For more details please check at Customer Support Desk via Live chat."

Where your partner has used your address - sending in utility bills registered at your address - there was already an account at your address. When you've registered a second account you've breached the above terms. Whether your partner did this with your permission or not, unfortunately there are two accounts at your address and Proof of Address has already been submitted to confirm your partner's residence.

That being the case the operator are within their rights to void all transactions on your account.
