They blocked me on the live chat.No answer to email nothing.I have all conversations with all agents what I have spoken (shotscreen)But most wired is the way how they take the money from my account. Two different ways One is telefon payment and another one is like tv bill. I should freeze my bank account?I don’t did because I have in my mind maybe they will send me the money. Can you help me please with this problem?Or what I should do? Thanks

Hi rasvan1977 - welcome to ThePOGG.com!

As a UK citizen you should only be playing with operators that hold a UKGC license. Black Label Casino do not hold a UKGC license and as such are breaking UK law by accepting your custom.

Unfortunately you have chosen to play with an operator that is both negatively listed with this service and who has historically been non-cooperative with complaints submitted to us. While we will try to contact the operator on your behalf the chances of a successful mediation are low.

Thanks,

ThePOGG
