I have withdrawn from my casino account 340€ They should transfer payment to my bank account in 5 working days.since I have withdrawn the money is already 18 days.But my worrying is not about this.Is about the way they treated me.I have spoken with allot of,,agents “on live chat and from more than 10days they told me,,you will receive the payment soon, On the 14 December I spoke with another agent and he told me,,Your money will be in your account today,Vas sent 4 hours ago “ But money are not in my bank account and. They blocked me on the live chat.No answer to email nothing.I have all conversations with all agents what I have spoken (shotscreen)But most wired is the way how they take the money from my account. Two different ways One is telefon payment and another one is like tv bill. I should freeze my bank account?I don’t did because I have in my mind maybe they will send me the money.Can you help me please with this problem?Or what I should do? Thanks
