Resolved - While EuroPalace initially has some concerns that this players account may have been linked to several other players in a fashion that would violate casino rules, further review of the evidence the casino agreed that it was not strong enough to justify non-payment. Hi I am having a big problem with a group of Fortune Lounge.

I won money, and 2 days later my account was suspended without explanation and notice! After that I went to an online chat and I could not name the reason for blocking . I did not break! I want to get justice. Can you help?

While EuroPalace casino did have some concerns about associations with other accounts, I've spoken to them and they've agreed that their concerns have now been addressed. As such they've reopened your account and you're not free to withdraw your funds.
