Hello I was confiscated all my assets since I have paid 75.-

And claimed 100% bonus

Have kept it as loud agb my bets not over € 5 to exceed so in slots

I then used roulette € 20 and won € 500

Have played for bonus finished and wanted to pay me 930 €

But this morning I got an email and it stood on it

Dear Player,

We noticed that you have breached our maximum allowed rate with an active bonus rule. 300 RUB / 5 EUR / 5 USD / 50 NOK / 6.5 CAD / 6.5 AUD / 6.5 NZD / 20 PLN / 125 CZK (Unless stated otherwise in special terms for the bonus). Therefore, we have made the decision to confiscate the winnings. You are left with the initial deposit from which you activated the bonus. Please, be careful while playing in future!

In the bonus terms and conditions under point 4a is in Roulette: • Roulette, Poker - 5% (except games with a live dealer)

In addition, under 4C: The following games are excluded from the bonus promo offer: ... some slots ... and then "In addition, live games with live dealers are excluded from the bonus action."

The two things contradict each other

I've played many casinos and also run a youtube channel

Unfortunately in this situation there is nothing we can do for you. Terms 4b and 4c are not contradictory. 4b states that the weighting for other roulette games does not apply to live games and 4c explicitly states that Live games are excluded from play with bonuses.

If you have played Live games while you had an active bonus on your account you have violated this rule. If you have bet over €5 you have violated a second term. That being the case the operator are within their rights to void the bonus contract and reset both parties to starting conditions.
