Bob Casino - Not closing my account

Found for the Casino - While the player did request that Bob Casino close their account, they do not appear to have made clear to the operator that they were experiencing a gambling problem. As such this would not count as a self-exclusion.
Player's Complaint
Casino name: Bobscasino (https://www.bobscasino.com). Not available in dropdown menu.
I have asked twice if they could close my account. Once through their contact form, once in live chat. They refuse to close my account. Deposit limit not available in account menu. I have told them I lost too much and do not wish to play.
In the time i have asked them to close it, i have lost again. I cant seem to stop playing (yes, i am working on that issue).
I have screenshots of the conversations.
I want a refund of the deposits made since i have asked to close my account and i want them to close it
