Resolved - The submitting complainant has become non-responsive to our repeated requests for additional information. As such we assume they have resolved their issue on their own.

Player's Complaint

I make deposite 35 euro, after that i did ask to casino just to return my money because i didnt want to play because i did not get bonus.. so after that i told them to return my money and block my profile @bobcasino because i dont want to play there anymore. so after that they block my account and told me that they cant return my money. i try to ask to unblock my account that i can atleast use my money but they say that its not possible to unblock my account. so i want to get back my 35 euro deposit because i did not use even 1 euro cent from it. basicly i deposite money and they just stole it from me.

By issuing a chargeback, before having spoken to the operator regarding any issues you may have experienced, you have placed the operator in a situation where they cannot refund your funds without risking being double charged if the chargeback goes through.

You are going to need to provide proof from your bank that they have rejected the chargeback before we can do anything to assist you.

The screenshots you sent do not confirm that the chargeback has been cancelled. You need to contact your bank and have them issue you with confirmation that the chargeback has been cancelled.

The reality here is that this situation is of your own creation. Issuing a chargeback has consequences.

You need to contact your bank and have them issue proof that the chargeback in question has been canceled. Until you do this there is nothing further we can do to assist you.
