Player's Complaint


I'm writing regarding withdrawal error.

I have account in this online casino for almost 5years and had no problems, but about a month ago I couldn't make any withdrawals request in casino. I did tried every available option but had same error pop out on screen contact support or check data. I reached to support multiple times but after trying every solution they gave me ( restarting pc, clearing cookies , connecting in different devices etc.) my problem was still not solved. I filed complaint on bobcasino website, received letter from there so called dedicated support team asking to verify the problem, make videos of it and received answer that this problem is forwarded to technical support team , after many chats they also told that they contacted gaming provider and they will be in touch as soon as possible. Now it's been more than a month since I filed a complain and have no solution to my problem and it's seem that they are just stalling this process in order to not let me make withdrawal.
