When I started my withdrawal on fed 29

after 5 days of getting my account verified and on mar. 5th findly had it verity and they said my funds was send.

And since I didn't get the funds I email them about it.and they ask for bank statement and I send them a lot of bank statement. Last week I send them on 24th.another bank statement, and they said then that they will contact me after looking at them. And today I ask what they have dicited about my withdrawal and they ask me for a screenshot of my bank statement
