My name is [EDIT] and about a month and a half ago i won 140 Euros at BobCasino.com.
After i had requested withdrawal i self-excluded my self from playing. And thought that because i already clicked withdraw BEFORE i made the self-exclusion i would get my money.
But i didnt, ive talked to them in the chat and by email and they refuse to help me. I dont think this is fair at all.
I would be glad if you could help me out. Im not looking to re-open my account, just get my 140 euros withdrawal accepted.
