Bonza spins cancelled my $1000 withdrawal because the reckon i won the money by making bet that were to big for the bonus that i was on, they are claiming that i won the money with $4 and $6.25 bets, where in fact after i made the $35 deposit with $17 bonus attached to deposit i was making $1 spins on a wazdan game called miami beach, and i won $700 within a few spins then i won another $1100 on same game with same amount $1, after i had won the $1800 on miami beach i started playing some other games for various amounts including $4 and $6.25, but i never got another decent win and when i had lost 6 or 7 hundred i withdrew $1100 which i later cancelled and withdrew $1000, in email they sent me they are claiming i won all the money by making bets to high , if you go into my game history it clearly tells you that i won the money on $1 bets on miami beach, but they have cancelled my money
thanks for reply, all my bets over $3.40 were not losses but they returned far less than the initial bet, after winning the $1800 I was just betting and losing to play the wager out, all the winnings from larger bets returned no more than a couple of hundred at most, which I continued to play and lose until wager was gone,
Hi hardhat666,
Unfortunately the return from those bets then contaminates the balance and the next wager placed is made up of fund returned from an illegal bet. There's nothing we can do to help you here.

Hi hardhat666 - welcome to ThePOGG.com!
The Bonza Spins terms and conditions are clear that you cannot place a wager of more than 20% of the bonus amount while playing with a bonus. As such unless all of your bets over $3.40 were losses (returned zero) there would be no ground for us to contest the cancellation of winnings - the bonus terms were violated and as such the operator are within their right to void the contract and return both parties to pre-contract conditions.
Thanks,
ThePOGG
