Player's Complaint
Hi,
I recently deposited into my account and received a bonus of €21.
I won €1300 and withdrew I then received and email saying my withdrawal was rejected and my winnings where voided because I placed bets over €4 (€5) and this was on there terms and conditions.
I only raised the bet to €5 after the wagering requirements where met.
I would really appreciate it if you would help me.
