Player's Complaint
I accidentally played the first five spins with 6,25e bet (max bet was 5e with welcome bonus) and I won about 12e with those spins. After that I asked chat what can I could do and they asked me to send an email to [email protected] if I win something. I won 2289e and sent email to them and I suggested that I can wager the 5 x 6,25e portion again or/and they can terminate the winnings I got with the 6,25e bet.
Instead of removing the winnings and wagering of ~30 euros I accidentally spun, they removed all the winnings I got using the 5 euro bet afterwards. On top of this, I addressed the matter immediately on their chat, prior playing any more than I had.
I think it is wrong that the customer service representative did not say directly that no profits will be paid. if I had lost I would have lost the money I deposited and now that I happened to win they don’t have to pay anything.
Also I didn´t intentionally play with higher bet, otherwise I wouldn´t be contacting them.
At least they returned my deposit to my game account.
