Back on June 13, 2019, I was playing the slot game A Night With Cleo at Bovada for $2 a spin. I hit a big win and was only paid .60 cents for it when it should have been a $200+ winning spin. I took a screenshot of the spin, which clearly shows that I was paid .60 cents when on the last line I had two scarab beetles, a wild, another scarb beetle and another wild. I emailed the image to Bovada and was told, "A review of the screenshot you provide shows that you were correctly paid out." I requested that they further explain this. Bovada replied stating they had no tech issue on the 13th of June and, "..found your spin in our back-end system and confirmed you were paid out correctly." Bovado then provided me a list on how.. "To prevent technical issues on your end."
I know this was a few weeks back but I saw how you helped another player get a slot payout corrected so I figured you could help me. Regardless of Bovado claiming what is on their "back-end"..what about what was on my end?? If they can do this with big win spin, they could do it whenever they want on situations when I have proof and they have none. Please tell me how to get the screen shot of this to you that I have....
And please, if there is anything you could do to assist me I would greatly appreciate it the help.
