Player's Complaint

I haven't played in bright lights for weeks. Then i get a bonus of 33 freespins. From them I win 3,5 euro and have to wager x50. When I'm finished wagering, and try to withdraw they say in support I need to wager an old bonus so i have 1750 euro to wager from an old bonus. This is ridiculous, do I really have to wager a bonus I lost several weeks ago?

best regards [EDIT]
