BringIt - Non Payment of Affiliate Earnings

Ruling

Resolved - Issues with the BringIt Affiliate program stats have been identified, confirmed and rectified by the program. We are still uncomfortable with the lack of transparency regarding ownership but overall are satisfied with their management of this issue.

Read our BringIt Affiliate Program Review.

Player's Complaint

Non Payment of Earnings for the period of February 2018.

Affiliate Manager claims that they are undergoing an Audit since March last month. No time line has been given for payment and March Payments are also due now.

Stats are also not reflecting deposits in the back end. AM has acknowledged this but nothing further has come of it.

Hi LowRoller - welcome to ThePOGG.com! Unfortunately your experience is in line with our own - we have not received any payment nor any communication to explain this last month. And thank you for emailing through the screen shot of your account figures: [EDIT] There are 3 clear months in the above where you have first time depositing players but no deposits. This is entirely contrary. I can also confirm that checking our own reports we're seeing exactly the same issue. I'll contact the program and see what we can find out for you. Thanks, ThePOGG

Hi LowRoller,

I can confirm that we have received payment for Feb and have received additional payments to rectify the stats errors. Is it fair to assume you've received the same? If so are you happy for this complaint to be closed?

Thanks,

ThePOGG
