Player's Complaint

I am a compulsive gambler and last year registered with gamcare and self excluded myself from all casinos. I relapsed after receiving an email for bronze casino and was able to register an account with them and make deposits. In the last year I have deposited over £40k with them and have had no successful withdrawals. I recently noticed they are registered with gamcare which is stated on their website and gamble aware.uk , they also state in their website players from the uk are unable to play.... I feel I have been treated unfairly and should be entitled to a refund of my deposits if not all of them at least some compensation. I realise this is probably a hopeless case, but I’m devastated I’ve lost so much money and been allowed to make deposits forcing me to relapse after I’ve tried everything to stop myself .

As a UK citizen you should only be playing with operators that hold a UKGC license. Bronze Casino do not hold a UKGC license and as such are breaking UK law by accepting your custom.

Bronze Casino are not registered with GAMSTOP - the UK National Self-Exclusion scheme - this program is only open to UK licensed operators.

We have concluded our dialogue with Bronze Casino regarding this matter. Despite restricting players from your jurisdiction within their terms of use, Bronze Casino are making no efforts to prevent residents of your country from registering. This results in a situation wherein if the player loses they retain the funds and where a player wins they refuse the payout due to breach of terms. This is a predatory practice intended to free roll players and not one we can support.

Bronze Casino have declined to rectify this situation and sadly there is nothing further we can do to assist you.
