Found for the Player - BurnBet were entirely unresponsive to our repeated attempts to communicate with them about this issue. As such this case is ruled in favour of the player.
Player's Complaint
Dear support,I deposited 600eur to joke company and later tried to withdraw money. They requested ID, i have sent it, everything looks okay.Later they said that i used NT deposit at Germany which isn't true and i don't know how they got this point that i use it from Germany.Only because my phone number is German using in Bulgaria, they said it.Later they wanted selfie, bank statement and ADDRESS Verification .I said that address verification to Bulgaria will not come as most of the postal letters aren't delivered on time + i see what kind of scam bookmaker they are but finally they blocked my account and said that will SEND .I have 1040eur at my account by them.Hope you can help me without the address verification as they will lie once again.Take care!

Hi eemurla - welcome back!
Firstly this is your second complaint in less than 6 months that has been related to either a very low profile operator, or in this case, a widely rogued operator. If you continue to choose these fringe type groups to play with you are going to continue to experience problems.
As mentioned above, BurnBet are widely rogued and have reportedly gone so far as to threaten the lives of the owners of another affiliate portal. It's highly unlikely we'll be able to get them to cooperate with us, especially as we're due to add a Blacklist status review about them in the near future.
Even if we can get hold of the operator we would not ask them to pay out without having fully verified your account. Given that you're using a German phone number and your previous complaint in April listed you as living in Germany, I'd say that the operator have legitimate reason to have concerns when you cannot produce documentation matching the details on your account.
In short, before we contact the operator about this issue you need to obtain valid proof of your address. Once you've got that let us know and we'll approach the operator about your issue.
