Buzzslots - doesn't credit free spins and wants me to redeposit

Ruling

Found for the Casino - Player withdrew their bonus before they received their bonus. The triggering deposit has to be in your account to receive bonuses.

Read our BuzzSlots Casino Review.

Player's Complaint

No freespins after a 200 deposit.

I made a deposit and emailed why didn't I get any complimentary spins. They promised that they would credit them in ~3 days. They didn't credit them even after that and about 10 emails back and forth.

I wagered my deposit through, and made a withdrawal. This was not against the complimentary spins terms and conditions or a reason for not to credit the complimentary spins. However they wont credit me the complimentary spins UNLESS I deposit 200 € again.

I risked 200 € of my money in their games, and since I did not lose, they wont credit me the complimentary spins. There is no term telling that deposit can not be withdrawn. Only complimentary spins winning cant be withdrawn instantly, but I never even received them.

Seems like this is how they run their business:

http://thepogg.com/complaint/buzzslots-no-free-spins-after-deposit/.

They quoted these terms:

All complimentary spins wins must be wagered x40 before any withdrawal will be processed.

Your winnings from the complimentary spins will be forfeited if you request withdrawal before you have wagered all your freespins and bonus.

However as I never received complimentary spins I did not break these terms. These terms neither do say that frees spins won't be credited regardless what happens to the original deposit.

I dont recommend them. [EDIT] You can find multiple cases of them doing this players. Normally casinos will credit complimentary spins instantly, and dont make players jump through hoops.

Hi cyprean - welcome to ThePOGG.com!

While I would agree with you that it's frustrating that Buzzslots didn't credit your free spins instantly and I do agree that this is the second instance of a player not receiving their free spins instantly, I can't agree with your position.

If you've withdrawn your deposit before the free spins were credited I'm not going to argue for the casino to credit them unless you redeposit. Simply put, you're treating the free spins like a No Deposit Bonus. The intent behind the free spins is pretty clear - there will be winnings generated by the free spins, those winnings will then be treated as a bonus with a wagering requirement that locks not only the winnings but the deposit that triggered the free spins until such time as the wagering requirement is complete. In this manner the casino ensure that players potentially risk their deposit in return for the free spins that are granted.

While I agree that it's frustrating that the free spins were not credited, if you've not provided the casino the time to address the issue before withdrawing your funds you've violated the terms. There will be winnings from the free spins so there is a requirement to meet prior to being allowed to make a withdrawal.

If you're prepared to redeposit for your free spins let me know and I'll contact the casino, otherwise I consider this issue closed.

Thanks,
