If transactions have occurred on your bank account that you did not authorise, you need to contact the company involved to request a refund (you can find contact details here - https://thepogg.com/company/bayton-limited/), contact your card provider to alert them to this issue and have your card cancelled and replaced and contact the police to report this issue.
